Develops and cascades coffee capability development strategy across markets. Capability development covers areas such as product knowledge , commercial skills and equipment expertise. Key driver of new BU launches, coaching and guiding countries across capability development aspects of the new business launch. Defines and communicates standards of excellence relating to capabilities development, which will support coffee integration and operational excellence in all countries.
What you will do –
Leads Coffee Group Capability strategy pillars and plan securing smooth deployment across countries
Ensures common approach is used in capability development across our markets cascading initiatives and sharing information through creating capability development community
Gathers and re applies coffee Commercial best practices across markets through effective sharing and application methods
Supports new launches in countries providing expertise and knowledge in every step of the deployment
Drives standardised, rigorous evaluation processes into coffee Business to build capabilities
Delivers an annual assessment of the Countries on coffee Commercial Capabilities Area & action planning
Works closely with Group HR to identify current capability gaps, through talent mapping and functional development centers to further increase talent development for the coffee business in our Markets.
Ensures appropriate trainings will be delivered to local coffee Capability experts forField Sales and KAM’s
Ensures consistency of capability plans and approach across the Group and coffee BU teams.
Develops and maintains strong, collaborative relationships with key senior executives at CCEP and our partners in Costa to influence and drive achievement of annual capability plans.
Support and enable Country Coffee Leads to build capability of their teams
What we expect from you –
Extensive Coffee expertise (product knowledge, equipment and commercial strategy)
Success in partnering with businesses, effectively defining, developing, and driving organisation effectiveness, change management and programs that successfully result in the attainment of business goals
Proven ability to gain senior executive support and engagement on people strategies and plans across multiple divisions in support of the overall company strategy
Strong communication skills, influencing skills at different levels in a large international matrix organisation
Strong commercial business acumen
Previous experience of project management, including complex and large projects / programmes)
Agile and flexible mindset - Able to work in a fast pace environment with high level of complexity
High proficiency in English (written and verbal)
